Do you ever feel overwhelmed? Stressed because you see all the areas in your life that need attention and it can be paralyzing to think about all? Confusing even? Where to start? How can things get better?
It hurts me to see how many people are hurting, drowning in stress and overwhelm, that is why my work is more of a calling, a call to help, a call to give people hope and teach that there is another way of living. Life is not about struggles and stress.
As a culture of high achievers and competition, we have accepted that being stressed out, overwhelmed and struggling is the new normal. That is B.S. It is the normal maybe for those who are scared to slow down because they don’t want to feel, they don’t like the silence because it forces them to look at themselves, or their whole self worth and identity are wrapped up on external achievements. That is another whole conversation.
As I shared on a previous blog, when we define success we need to consider 6 elements:
- Fitness and Nutrition
- Social (friends and community)
