Please join me Nicole Duke and Kristen – our host, for an incredible weekend of playing, connecting, learning and unplugging from your busy life.

WHEN: July 14th – 17th, 2017. 

We will start the weekend on Friday, at 12 pm and end Monday morning. Departure by 9 am.

You don’t worry about a thing, we will provide:

  • 3 nights of lodging in a 5 bedroom condominium at Mount Crested Butte
  • Breakfast, lunch and 2 dinners
  • Wine and beer
  • MTB Coaching with Nicole
  • Lifestyle coaching with Alex
  • Daily stretching sessions
  • Organic sheets on every bed

Plus daily Happy Hour with great Sunset views from our balcony while we talk about bike maintenance, fitness and health.

What will you learn from Nicole:

  • Bike set-up, fit and basic maintenance
  • Body language and positioning
  • How to read the terrain
  • Downhill and cornering skills

Riding skills required: basics technical skills, ability to ride at moderate pace for 2-3 hours at altitude and have appropriate gear.

  • Casual 90 minutes ride from the condo at 2 pm
  • Happy hour at 5 pm and grill night at the condo

  • Dinner in town at 6 pm (this is not included)
  • Movie night at the condo or free evening to relax

A little bit about our superstar coach Nicole Duke:

Nicole Duke, owner of Soul Sport Athlete,  has been a professional athlete for over 20 years in cycling and water sport disciplines.  She’s garnered State and National titles, toured the world racing, training, and exploring.  Growing up on the motorcycle gave her an incredible base for her technical and body language skills on the bike, and its this knowledge that has enabled her to have such a long and prosperous career in sport. Nicole has been coaching and inspiring in one way or another throughout her career and finds deep passion in passing along the skills and techniques she’s learned along the way.  Balance Point Technique is at the root of her coaching philosophy and the belief in getting back to the soul of sport. She loves sparking the energy for that light bulb to go off.   “Really”, she says, “It’s all about who can have the most fun”.
